A lot of commercial companies use this phrase in a matter-of-fact way. But in schools, and that includes Barrow Hall - people are indeed our greatest resource.

First and foremost - there's the "little people". The 500 or so children in our care.

Then, there's the "big people". Parents, teachers, administrative and catering staff.
